Mission/Project Overview: Our client's Electrical Engineering team is seeking immediate PCBA support for the QMU (Quad Management Unit), leveraging prior AMU/ZMU designs while adapting to updated system requirements. The QMU board enables power distribution, actuator control, sensor interfacing, and safety-compliant communication within Form’s battery energy storage system. Core Responsibilities: Own schematic capture in Altium (leveraging existing AMU/ZMU architecture). Provide PCB layout oversight (signal integrity, power integrity, DFM considerations). Support board bring-up and validation. Ensure compliance with safety and industrial standards. Partner cross-functionally with firmware, systems, and hardware teams. Operate independently in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment.
