This role is essential in assisting leadership with meeting production and payroll goals while fostering a positive, mission-driven work environment. The ideal candidate brings strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and the ability to lead staff to consistently meet production standards, customer service expectations, and company policies in support of Goodwill's mission.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nSupport the management team in achieving departmental production and payroll goals in alignment with budget expectations.\nSupervise, train, and support staff to ensure compliance with production standards, merchandise quality, customer service expectations, and mission integration.\nProvide excellent customer service to retail stores, administrative staff, vendors, and donors.\nPromote adherence to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards throughout central processing operations.\nAssist with daily workflow coordination to maintain productivity, accuracy, and efficiency.\nPerform additional duties and projects as assigned by the Central Production Manager.\nQualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required.\nPrevious retail sales experience preferred.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).\nStrong interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills.\nAbility to work effectively in fast-paced or stressful conditions while exercising good judgment.\nAbility to understand, follow, and communicate oral and written instructions.\nAbility to read, speak, hear, and write in English and perform basic business-related mathematics.\nPhysical ability to stand for long hours and bend, stoop, reach, twist, push, pull, lift, and carry items weighing at least 40 pounds.\nAbility to adhere to safety policies and procedures, including both major and minor work rules.\nFlexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.\nWillingness to occasionally work outdoors in fluctuating weather conditions.\nWhy Goodwill?
