Job DetailsDescriptionWe’re looking for an Developer to design, enhance, and support enterprise systems that power core business operations and data-driven decision-making. This role supports ERP enhancements, system integrations, data platforms, and reporting solutions within our enterprise environment.This position is open to experienced developers at varying levels. Scope, responsibility, and compensation will align with experience and demonstrated expertise.What You’ll DoDesign, develop, test, and support custom applications and integrations within Infor CloudSuite Distribution (CSD)Build and maintain system interfaces using APIs, EDI, and messaging frameworksSupport ERP enhancements and enterprise system improvementsDevelop and maintain reports, dashboards, and business intelligence solutionsSupport enterprise data platforms including data warehouses, cloud data lakes, and ETL processesPerform data conversions and migrations from legacy or acquired systemsTroubleshoot production issues and conduct root-cause analysisTranslate business requirements into scalable technical solutionsCreate and maintain technical documentation and system specificationsCollaborate with Business Analysts, IT teams, and business stakeholdersAssist with user training and knowledge transferParticipate in a rotating on-call scheduleWhat You BringExperience developing and supporting enterprise business applicationsExperience with ERP systems and integration tools (Infor CSD, Infor OS/ION, or similar)Proficiency in one or more programming platforms (Progress OpenEdge/4GL, JavaScript, Java, etc.)Experience working with APIs, JSON, XML, and system integrationsExperience with relational databases, SQL, and data management conceptsFamiliarity with reporting and dashboarding tools (Power BI, BIRST, or similar)Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyEducation & ExperienceAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related fieldEntry-Level: 0–5+ years of relevant development experienceSenior-Level: 7+ years of enterprise application and ERP development experience(Level will be determined based on experience and skill set.)About Endries International Inc.Endries International, Inc. is a leading distributor of fasteners and other class "c" commodities and provider of Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) solutions for original equipment manufacturers (OEM's) worldwide.
