The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with work related injuries, seniors, those requiring direct support. **Duties:** - Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and dressing - Provide companionship and emotional support to clients - Assist with medication reminders - Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks - Accompany clients to medical appointments and social outings - Maintain accurate records of care provided **Requirements:** - Previous experience in hospice care, home care, or caregiving preferred - Knowledge of social work principles and practices - Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining client confidentiality - Ability to work effectively in a home or community care setting - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Team Player - Flexible - Drivers License and Motor Vehicle Insurance - Great Interpersonal and people skills - Passionate about serving others Preferred: CNA Certificate, HHA Certificate, Associates Degree or equivalent experience.
