We’re hiring experienced CNC Machinists (Lathe & Mill) who take pride in producing high-quality, tight-tolerance parts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
2nd Shift - 4:00pm-2:30am Monday-ThursdayWe are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to set up, operate, and maintain CNC Lathes and/or CNC Mills to produce precision components according to engineering specifications. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and experience in a manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC Lathes and/or Mills
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Perform machine offsets, tool changes, and minor program edits
Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
Maintain quality and productivity standards
Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting
Follow all safety procedures and company policiesQualifications:
High school diploma or GED (technical/trade training preferred)
2+ years CNC machining experience (Lathe or Mill)
Familiarity with G-code programming
Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
Strong math and problem-solving skills
Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periodsPreferred:
Experience with multi-axis machines
Experience with Mazak, Haas, or similar equipment
