The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with SQL, data analysis, and consulting, and performing data analysis to support business insights and decision-making.\n\nThis role requires someone who is comfortable working with large datasets, transforming data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nPartner with business stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into solution requirements.\nWork with large datasets using Python/PySpark (Databricks/Jupyter) for data processing and analysis.\nWrite efficient SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and validation.\nExperience handling large-scale consumer banking, credit risk, or payment processing datasets.\nConsume and manage data from AWS S3 and integrate with downstream systems.\nBuild and maintain dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, or QuickSight) for business stakeholders.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data solutions\n\nRequirements\n\nMaster's degree in Computer Science or any related field\n5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, preferably within Tier-1 financial institutions, top 10 U.S. national banks, or global consumer banking.\nStrong expertise in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.\nProficiency in Python for data analysis and scripting.\nExperience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).\nUnderstanding of banking/financial services data is must have\nExperience working in a client-facing or consulting environment.\nHands-on experience in data analysis, data profiling, and exploratory analysis.\nHands-on experience in analyzing, identifying, and documenting transformation logic and rules.\nExcellent teamwork and problem-solving abilities.\n\nBenefits\n\nSignificant career development opportunities exist as the company grows.
