A company is looking for a Compliance Technical Consultant. Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor security and compliance inquiries, conducting intake of customer requests for information Analyze customer requests and questionnaires to determine priority and develop appropriate response plans Collaborate with internal teams to provide accurate information and represent the company during customer auditsQualifications5+ years of experience in a customer service role within banking, technology, or equivalent Experience in compliance, fintech infosec, or financial services is desired College graduate or equivalent experience, with an interest in cybersecurity or compliance Proven ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
