Participate in all stages of development, from ideation to production.\r\nProvide mentorship; to junior ML & Data Scientists, around problem formulation, technical design, algorithm choices & code quality.\r\nDevelop hands-on solutions; analyze large datasets, manage data quality, design & develop complex ML models (including ML pipelines), deploy & manage production-grade applications end-to-end, and communicate insights effectively.\r\nPartner with customers; showcase internal solutions, help envision solutions leveraging Snowflake platform capabilities, and collaborate with internal teams that enable customer solutions.\r\nQualifications\r\nRequired\r\nHigh curiosity, enthusiasm & experience working on open-ended problems\r\nExceptional problem-solving skills with strategic thinking\r\nExperience in problem formulation from abstract information\r\nAdaptability to fast-evolving project scopes\r\nExperience applying machine learning/statistical modeling on large datasets, including data pre-processing and feature engineering\r\nDeep understanding of ML algorithms, statistics & linear algebra\r\nExperience with AI & LLM applications in a business environment, including recent advancements like RAG, AI Assistants, and Agentic workflows\r\nSolid Python coding skills, familiar with software development lifecycle\r\nExperience designing end-to-end ML solutions, iterating on ideas, and delivering scalable, production-ready systems\r\nAbility to communicate complex results clearly and influence stakeholders\r\nOwnership, collaboration, mentorship, and leadership qualities\r\nCompany\r\nSnowflake is a cloud data platform providing data warehouse services designed for the cloud.
