This role supports special events/groups, village concerts, holidays, and as-needed shift coverage for Guest Safety team members.\n\nJob Specifications:\nExpected Pay Range: $21.50 - $24.00\nShift & Schedule Availability: Full and Part Time Available\nSkill Level: Intermediate, Advanced\n\nJob Responsibilities:\nInteracting with property-owners, guests, and employees.\nAssisting guests, residents, and employees with vehicle jump-starts, vehicle-unlocks, intrusion alarms and motor vehicle accidents.\nBasic First Aid response.\nEnacting general emergency procedures in conjunction with resort policies.\nBasic understanding of emergency and law enforcement services and procedures.\nManaging and resolving tier-two (transferred from other departments) customer service issues.\nEnforcing all property regulations.\nTraffic control and pedestrian safety on roadways within the resort and coming into the resort.\nInvestigating incidents.\nWriting and filing reports.\nAdditional duties may include inspecting AEDs, managing and/or making keys, updating locks and keys and more.\nOther duties as assigned.\n\nJob Requirements:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent - required.\nValid US Driver's license - required.\nExtensive customer service skills and experience - required.\nClean driving record and background check - required.\nCurrent Basic Life Support/CPR certification - required.\nAble to obtain Advanced First Aid Certification within 3 months of employment - required.\nAble to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal - required.\nGreat interpersonal skills - required.\nAble to work outside in all weather conditions - required.\nAble to lift 50 pounds - required.\nAble to stand for extended periods of time\nAble to bend, crawl, climb, lift, kneel and crouch - required.\nAble to work weekends, holidays and evenings - required.\nAble to remain flexible in schedule, working nights, weekends, and holidays as needed - required.\nCollege degree - preferred.\n\nThe expected pay range is $21.50 - $24.00.
