Inventory Control Clerk

Our one-of-a-kind reveal experience, trend-setting jewelry, and vibrant rep community have made us one of the fastest-growing brands in the industry.We are actively seeking reliable, hardworking, and motivated individuals to join our team.What you'll do:Perform cycle counts, support physical inventory audits, and investigate discrepancies such as shortages or misplaced items.Monitor stock levels and report low, obsolete, or excess inventory to maintain accurate inventory control.Inspect incoming materials for quality and accuracy, and record inventory transactions using the data counting system.Organize, label, and track inventory within warehouse locations while preparing materials for mixing and production operations.Follow warehouse safety procedures, maintain proper documentation, and support audits and continuous improvement initiatives.Education and TrainingHigh School Diploma or Equivalent preferred, but not requiredPhysical and Technical AbilitiesThe ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects (e.g., 30-50 lbs or more), and move with agility is crucial.Strong physical coordination is necessary for safely and effectively handling equipment and products.Basic math skills for inventory tracking, order accuracy, and other logistical tasks.Attention to DetailOrganizational SkillsCommunicationTime ManagementOther RequirementsReliability:A positive work history with a demonstrated commitment to showing up on time is often preferred.Flexibility:Willingness to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, may be necessary.Background Checkand Drug Screen: Both a clear background check and a negative drug screen are required.Age:Warehouse workers generally must be at least 18 years old.Benefits:Paid time off401(k) with matchEmployee assistance programInsurance (medical, dental, vision, and life)Health savings accountEmployee discountOccasional product samplesScheduleFull-time on-site position, Monday through FridayOccasional overtime is required.Bomb Party is an equal opportunity employer.
