In this role, you'll play a vital part in our manufacturing operations by assembling components, systems, and subsystems with precision and care. You'll work in a collaborative environment where your contributions directly impact product quality and our company's success. If you take pride in your work and thrive in a structured, goal-oriented setting, we'd love to hear from you!\nAssemble electronic components, systems, and subsystems according to technical specifications, blueprints, and work instructions\nUtilize assigned tools, equipment, and materials safely, efficiently, and effectively throughout the assembly process\nInspect assembled components for quality, accuracy, and compliance with established standards\nFollow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and team members\nOrganize and maintain your workstation in a clean and orderly manner to support efficient operations\nCollaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve assembly challenges and improve processes\nDocument work activities and report any issues or discrepancies to management promptly\nParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives and provide feedback on assembly procedures\nMeet production targets and deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards\nSupport onboarding and training of new team members when needed\n\nQualifications\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent (minimum 9th grade completion)\nPreferred 1-3 years' experience in Assembly within a Manufacturing environment\nPreferred experience with soldiering, epoxy application and/or IPC-610 and J-STD 001certification\nProven experience in assembly, manufacturing, or production environments (preferred)\nStrong manual dexterity and excellent hand-eye coordination\nExceptional attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions and blueprints accurately\nAbility to read and interpret technical documentation and assembly diagrams\nPhysical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks\nProficiency in using hand tools and basic equipment safely and effectively\nStrong organizational and time management skills\nExcellent communication and collaborative skills to work effectively with team members\nProblem-solving ability and analytical mindset to troubleshoot assembly issues\nCommitment to safety compliance and adherence to workplace procedures\nClean background check (as required by company policy)\nWillingness to learn new techniques and adapt to process improvements\nReliable attendance and punctual work habits\nDue to the type of products, we produce, all Applicants must be US Citizens or Permanent Residents\n\nAdditional Information\n\nAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.\nWe believe that different perspectives and backgrounds are what make a company flourish.
