Your ability to lead without direct authority, build consensus, and communicate effectively at all levels will be key to your success.\r\nMust-Have Qualifications\r\n10+ years of experience in program management, process transformation, operating model design, or business transformation.\r\nDemonstrated success in leading large-scale cross-functional initiatives within large, complex organizations.\r\nExtensive experience facilitating executive-level and cross-functional governance forums.\r\nStrong stakeholder management and consensus-building skills, particularly across matrixed organizations.\r\nProven experience in designing and implementing business processes that span multiple functional areas.\r\nAbility to drive projects forward effectively without direct authority over participating teams.\r\nExceptional written, verbal, and executive presentation skills.\r\nStrong organizational, planning, risk management, and problem-solving capabilities.\r\nNice-to-Have Qualifications\r\nExperience with third-party risk management, vendor onboarding, supplier governance, procurement operations, legal operations, or compliance programs.\r\nExperience working alongside Legal, Procurement, Security, Privacy, Compliance, or Data Governance organizations.\r\nKnowledge of risk-based review frameworks and governance models.\r\nExperience leading process simplification, cycle-time reduction, and operational efficiency initiatives.\r\nPMP, PgMP, Lean Six Sigma, Prosci, or similar certification.\r\nManagement consulting or enterprise transformation background.\r\nThe target hiring compensation range for this role is $65.16 to $72.41 an hour.
