Pay Range: $38-$45/hour depending on experience Benefits:Bi-Weekly PayMedical, Dental, Vision plansFree Basic Life InsuranceVoluntary LifeShort and Long Term DisabilityCompany matched 401KPaid HolidaysPaid Time off Reports To: The Electrical Superintendent will report to the General Superintendent Responsibilities and Duties: Manage all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocationEnsure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all personnelCoordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and servicesOversee quality control measures to guarantee that work meets project specifications and standardsUtilize project management software such as ProCore, Prolog, HeavyBid, and Bluebeam for documentation and reportingConduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that ariseMaintain effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineersPrepare and manage contracts related to construction activities QualificationsStrong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices in construction environmentsProficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Prolog, HeavyBid, and BluebeamExcellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong leadership capabilities to effectively manage teams on-siteAbility to build positive relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and clientsDetail-oriented with a focus on quality control throughout the construction processEffective problem-solving skills to address challenges as they arise on-site. This applicant should be able to sit, bend, stoop and lift items not to exceed 50 pounds. This position should also be able to climb, crawl and squat as the job demands.
