This position will innovate how we design, build, deliver, and measure onboarding and training, which will improve the experience for new AWS Data Center Community builders around the world.\n\nThe scope of role encompasses program management of capital expense (CAPEX) and/or operational expense (OPEX) projects within data center operations. The scope of projects will include but not be limited to the improvement of electrical, mechanical, fire detection, building improvements, vendor (partner) management, and cluster wide maintenance coordination. An understanding of these systems is necessary, as the individual will be expected to identify areas for improvement as well as act on data provided from other teams and organizations.\n\nSuccessful candidates are natural self-starters who possess the ability to design, develop and deploy innovative solutions to address operational challenges while driving these solutions to completion. This role requires both independent contribution as well as the ability to work within multi-disciplinary teams (internal operations, engineering, legal, finance, procurement, environmental/health/safety, etc.).
