Job TypeFull-timeDescriptionThe Youth Advocate Supervisor oversees a team of Youth Advocates who provide direct support, mentorship, and advocacy for young people facing social, emotional, educational, or behavioral challenges. This role ensures high-quality service delivery, staff development, and compliance with program standards.What You Will Be Doing To Make a Difference... Supervise, coach, and support a team of Youth Advocates through regular check-ins, performance evaluations, and professional development. Oversee case management practices, ensuring accurate documentation, timely follow-ups, and adherence to organizational policies. Provide crisis support and guidance to staff when complex youth situations arise. Maintain a manageable caseload of youth clients, modeling best practices in engagement and advocacy.
