Location: Dallas, TX Duration: 6 months\r\nKey ResponsibilitiesProvide production application support for utility systems including ADMS, OMS, CIS, and Work Management platforms.\r\nTroubleshoot application issues through SQL/PLSQL analysis, debugging, log reviews, and root cause analysis.\r\nSupport system integrations, APIs, and enterprise data flows.\r\nAnalyze incidents, identify solutions, and provide timely communication during critical production events.\r\nCollaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to resolve application issues.\r\nManage incidents and service requests using ticketing tools such as JIRA.\r\nRequired SkillsStrong hands-on experience with Energy & Utilities (E&U) applications.\r\nAdvanced SQL/PLSQL skills with experience troubleshooting database-related issues.\r\nExperience with production support, debugging, and log analysis.\r\nUnderstanding of application integrations, APIs, and data flow processes.\r\nBasic scripting/programming experience (Shell scripting or Java preferred).\r\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\r\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments.\r\nPreferred ExperienceExperience supporting utility or energy sector applications.\r\nExperience with ADMS, OMS, CIS, or Work Management systems.\r\nExposure to monitoring tools, automation, and cloud platforms.\r\nExperience working in 24x7 mission-critical application support environments.\r\nEducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
