Our client is seeking a skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations of a well-maintained apartment community in beautiful Trinidad, CO Looking for a tech who can confidently handle maintenance tasks independently.What You’ll Be Doing as a Maintenance Tech:Perform general maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, appliances, and basic repairsComplete apartment turns and maintain the make-ready scheduleConduct property and unit inspections to ensure quality and safety standardsMaintain curb appeal and overall cleanliness of the communityCoordinate with vendors and assist with ordering materials and suppliesWhat We’re Looking For:Previous apartment/multifamily maintenance experience requiredEnsure all your application information is up to date and in order before applying for this opportunity.Ability to independently manage day-to-day maintenance responsibilitiesAt least 1+ year of maintenance experience with knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairTechnical certifications/licenses preferred English proficiency (read, write, and speak)If you enjoy problem-solving, working with your hands, and want to join a community where your work truly matters, we’d love to hear from you!Company DescriptionWe are a well-established and rapidly growing company with a strong reputation for excellence.
