In this position, the engineer plans, designs, and executes system-level tests to validate complex weapon and control systems, ensuring they meet performance, safety, and security requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and reviewing test cases, coordinating integration activities across hardware and software components, and analyzing test results to identify issues and recommend corrective actions. The engineer collaborates closely with systems engineers, program managers, and other technical teams to maintain test documentation, support configuration control, and contribute to continuous process improvements.
