Home Care Director

Salary: starting at $80,000 annual salary DOE La Vida Llena is a beautiful CCRC in Albuquerque. We are currently looking for a compassionate and talented Home Care Director (RN) to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for the supervision and operations of the Home Care program at La Vida Llena, including the development of the Home Care program, supervision of our amazing staff, as well as managing the budget. About you: Registered Nurse (RN) license from an accredited program, school or university required. Strong experience in long-term care, home care, caregiving, medication administration; and prior experience managing a healthcare services team. Working knowledge of state regulations regarding operation of a home care agency and OSHA safety regulations Valid driver’s license and insurable by the designated carrier What La Vida Llena Offers You: Medical – employee premiums paid at 95% for HDHP and 90% for EPO Dental, Vision available EAP – 6 free sessions annually Life / AD&D - $10k, 100% paid.
