analysts.• Analyze the impact of database changes on applications, systems, users, staff, and project costs.• Provide technical assistance and respond to user requests and questions related to databases and data access.• Apply knowledge of database structures, database theories, programming, systems design, computer operations, and data processing procedures.• Apply project control and cost-estimation concepts when planning database changes and enhancements.• Ensure database administration interfaces and data input, viewing, and reporting functions comply with EIR accessibility standards.• Support users in obtaining data and information when accessibility issues affect database administration or reporting.Skills:Strong knowledge of database management systems, as well as data warehouse management and decision support toolsExtensive experience in the development, implementation and maintenance of data warehouses and data marts is desiredExperience in business objects and in building the data dictionaryAbility to use data base access tools for application deliveryStrong familiarity with analysis, planning and management reporting functionsWell-developed oral and
