Candidates must be dependable, flexible, and able to report consistently as operational needs evolve.\nThis hybrid role combines warehouse operations, product delivery, and merchandising responsibilities. Employees will assist with receiving and organizing inventory, preparing orders, loading and unloading deliveries, maintaining warehouse organization, completing delivery routes, and supporting product merchandising at customer locations. The ideal candidate is dependable, physically capable, and comfortable working in both warehouse and customer-facing environments.\nClient details will be shared during the interview process.\nSchedule\nMonday through Friday\nOpen schedule availability is required\nHours may vary based on warehouse workload, route volume, delivery demands, and operational needs\nMust be available for long routes when needed\nWeekend work or deliveries may be required\nKey ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Responsibilities\nReceive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming inventory\nPick, pack, and stage customer orders accurately for delivery\nAssist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment\nPerform inventory counts and report shortages or damaged product\nRotate stock and organize products to maintain warehouse efficiency\nFollow warehouse safety procedures and company standards\nDelivery Responsibilities\nLoad and verify orders before departing on route\nDeliver product accurately and on time to customer locations\nUnload product safely, efficiently, and professionally\nMaintain delivery paperwork and required route documentation\nCommunicate delays, route issues, shortages, or customer concerns to management\nKeep assigned vehicles clean, organized, and work-ready\nFollow company procedures for delivery execution, route control, and service standards\nMerchandising Responsibilities\nStock shelves, displays, coolers, and freezers at customer locations\nRotate products using first-in, first-out (FIFO) practices when applicable\nOrganize and maintain attractive product displays\nEnsure products are properly faced and organized\nCommunicate low inventory levels or merchandising opportunities to management\nMaintain professional relationships while providing excellent customer service\nRequirements\nValid California driver's license\nClean driving record\nPrevious warehouse, delivery driving, merchandising, or distribution experience preferred\nForklift or pallet jack experience is a plus (training may be provided)\nAbility to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly\nAbility to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical work throughout the day\nStrong reliability, organization, and time management skills\nProfessional customer service and communication skills\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\nReliable transportation is required to report consistently, as the reporting location may change in the future, and work may involve more than one local site\nAdditional Information\nThis position is hired through Catalyst Workforce LLC for an active client account.
