We are looking for a Partnerships Lead who understands how schools operate and how literacy decisions get made. This is an opportunity to support other leaders in advancing reading outcomes at scale. As a Partnerships Director, you will work directly with district and school leaders, understand their needs, and bring them solutions that help students learn to read. You will also grow our presence across the region by developing relationships, attending regional events, and building long‐term partnerships.THIS ROLE REQUIRES TRAVEL WITHIN THE DESIGNATED REGIONWhat You'll DoBuild strong, trusted relationships with school and district leadersActively generate new opportunities by identifying leads, making outreach, and developing a robust pipelineOwn the full sales cycle from first conversation through signed agreementDeeply understand local literacy priorities, funding sources, and district goals to position Just Right Reader as the right solutionRepresent Just Right Reader at regional conferences, events, and meetings with decision‐makersCollaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handoff and successful long‐term implementationConsistently meet or exceed your goals for district growth and product adoptionWhat You BringAt least 3 years of experience as a school or district leader (such as principal, assistant principal, curriculum director, or instructional coach)Strong understanding of foundational literacy and the science of readingExcellent communication and relationship‐building skillsAbility to work independently in a fast‐paced environment and contribute to a collaborative teamComfort with storytelling, strategy, and working with data to guide decisionsA natural drive to sell – this can mean you've closed deals in education, pitched programs to your district, or even worked retail in college.
