Marine Electrical Helper

We offer our employees a comprehensive benefits package that includes: Health, Dental and Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401K Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Federal Holidays Duties and Responsibilities Ability to learn and accomplish the following under the supervision of experienced marine electricians/electronics technicians Installation and removal of shipboard electrical cabling and electronic equipment Perform various manual labor tasks, to include bolting and unbolting electrical and electronic equipment Maintain a clean and organized shipboard working area Able to use hand tools, grinders, reciprocating saws, drills Required to have personal hand tools and an electrical multimeter. Marine Electrical Helpers will be properly trained in the use of all tools and electrical multimeters prior to use Perform all work in accordance with the established policies and procedures detailed in the Waveforce Electrical Safety Manual Capability to perform physical labor on ships, barges and submarines Capability to work collaboratively in small, supervised shipboard teams Capability to lift and/or move up to 45 pounds Occasional travel required (
