Facility Maintenance Tech I

JOB Entry-level position with required swing shifts. Under limited or no supervision, responsible for performing basic building maintenance duties including general repairs, preventive maintenance, and minor troubleshooting of systems and equipment. This position is designed for individuals with foundational knowledge in facility upkeep, eager to grow in the maintenance field. EXAMPLE OF DUTIES Key Responsibilities: Time & Attendance is essentialLearning and using building automation system.Perform routine inspections building systems (e.g., lighting, HVAC filters, plumbing fixtures).Conduct minor repairs such as painting, replacing light bulbs, unclog drains.Assist with preventive maintenance tasks under supervision.Maintain clean and safe workspaces and common areas.Respond to maintenance request in a timely and professional manner.Assist with furniture moves, setups for meetings and events, and minor equipment installations.Follow all company safety protocols and report unsafe conditions.
