We are a dynamic and growing company with exciting opportunities for those who are passionate about serving people and making a positive difference in the lives of others.Caregiver Job Details:Hours - Full-Time and Part-time AvailableSchedule - Evening Shift 2pm-10pmPay Range - $16.00 - 21.00 / hour (based on experience)Location - Caretta Senior Living Bellevue, 1780 Servant Way, Bellevue, WI 54311Benefits:Shift Differentials401(k) MatchPaid Vacation Time and Sick TimePaid Floating HolidaysFree meal to all employees per 8 hour shiftDailyPayCaregiver Responsibilities:Assist residents with ADL's (Activities of Daily Living) as indicated on the individualized service agreementHelp each resident to reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence.Provide residents with both physical and emotional support.Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per the resident service agreementThe Caregiver observes clients and reports changes in physical and emotional condition such as change in attitude, loss of appetite, weight, etc. to the case manager.Interact with residents to provide reassurance, engagement, and redirection as appropriate.Complete all required documentation daily, service schedule, flow sheet, communication book, etc.Caregiver Qualifications:WI CBRF Certification (Preferred)Six months of experience in long term care or assisted living residence (Preferred)Registered as a Nursing Assistant, Home Health Aid or Certified Nursing Assistant (Preferred)Ability to make responsible choices and decisions and act in the resident's best interests.Hours:Evening Shift: 2:00pm-10:00pm FULL TIME (32 hours/week) and PART TIME (16-24 hours/week) HOURS with pick up opportunities2pm - 10pmFull-time 32 hours per week
