Our next Entry-Level Sales Representative will work with our sales and marketing team to learn each aspect of our retail sales and marketing company. We directly represent our national clients for their in-store retailer campaigns to help personalize client and consumer relationships. At our entry-level, we train heavily in customer service, sales and retail marketing strategies, promotional sales, and business skills to hit and surpass weekly sales goals.At this time, this is an In-Person position! Local candidates are encouraged to apply!Job Responsibilities:Professionally represent and promote our clients to elevate brand visibility within key retail outletsUnderstand and effectively be able to communicate all promotions to customersProvide excellent customer serviceEffectively communicate with management on a daily basisTrack personal and team sales performanceQualifications:A High School Diploma or equivalent is required!Goal-oriented and ambitious attitude with the capacity and drive to reach and exceed quotas1-3 years of retail experience (preferred)1-3 years of Sales experience (preferred)The ability to be trained and a keen enthusiasm for continuous learning and personal developmentThis is an ENTRY-LEVEL position, so experience in sales or customer service is strongly preferred but not required.
