This role supports critical Navy geospatial infrastructure and requires strong technical expertise in ESRI platforms and enterprise GIS environments.\nRequired Qualifications\nActive Secret clearance\nGIS experience\nAdvanced proficiency with:\nArcGIS Desktop (10.x)\nArcGIS Pro\nArcGIS Online\nArcGIS Enterprise\nExperience working in a versioned GIS environment\nHands-on experience:\nCreating and managing spatial data from multiple sources\nField data collection using GPS\nIntegrating GPS data into GIS systems\nBachelor's degree in Geology, Earth Science, GIS, or related field\nCompTIA Security+ (or ability to obtain)\nDesired Qualifications\nGIS Professional (GISP) certification\nESRI technical certifications\nAdditional experience in geospatial data governance or enterprise systems\nKey Responsibilities\nMaintain and update GIS data within the Navy SE Enterprise Spatial Database Engine (SDE)\nCoordinate with the Real Property Accountable Officer (RPAO) to reconcile discrepancies and support audit readiness\nCreate, update, and manage standardized geospatial products, including:\nSymbology layers\nMap templates\nRegional and installation-level map products\nPerform quality control throughout the map production lifecycle\nApply cartographic standards and best practices\nSupport stakeholder requests and incorporate user feedback into GIS products\n#DSA209\n#LI-KE1\nMany of DSA's positions require the ability to obtain a security clearance.
