Deputy Program Manager / Operations Lead

Deputy Program Manager (DPM) / Operations LeadBase-2 Solutions is seeking a Deputy Program Manager (DPM) / Operations Lead to support day-to-day execution of the SIA-3 IDIQ. The DPM will synchronize task order execution, oversee operational workflows, and ensure seamless coordination across analytic teams, regions, and mission partners.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily operations across multiple task orders and mission areasCoordinate Task Order Managers, regional leads, and functional leadsTrack schedule, staffing, and performance metrics and escalate issues as neededSupport workforce management, onboarding, surge operations, and continuity planningEnsure execution aligns with DIA analytic standards and production timelinesSupport preparation of status reports, executive briefings, and performance reviewsAct as PM designee when requiredRequired QualificationsPMP certification (required)8+ years of experience supporting DoD or IC programsStrong operational management and coordination experienceFamiliarity with DIA production environments and analytic workflowsExperience managing cleared analytic or technical teamsPreferredExperience supporting intelligence analysis, technical intelligence, or multi-INT missionsPrior experience supporting DIA, CCMDs, or IC agencies
