This role involves partnering with the sales team to drive enterprise AI deals, translating technical capabilities into business value, and engaging with senior technical stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Account Executives on technical strategy and solution design.Lead technical discovery, design, and positioning of solutions.Deliver demos and presentations to secure executive buy-in.Translate AI/ML concepts into business-relevant messaging.Articulate system architecture, data flows, security, and integration approaches.Drive technical validation through POCs, pilots, and evaluations.Partner with product and engineering teams to address advanced requirements.Provide feedback from the field to inform product development.Qualifications5+ years in a Sales Engineer / Solutions Engineer / Pre-Sales role.Experience selling complex AI or SaaS/analytics platforms to enterprise customers.Proven ability to engage with senior technical stakeholders (CIO, CTO, enterprise architects).Strong understanding of modern data architectures (data lakes, pipelines, ETL, APIs).Familiarity with AI/ML concepts.Experience with enterprise systems (Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.) and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).Exceptional ability to translate technical detail into business value.Confident presenting to technical and non-technical audiences.Customer-first, solutions-oriented, collaborative, curious, and adaptable.Hands-on experience using AI tools to build custom demonstrations.Nice To HaveExperience in service operations, field service management, or industrial/service organizations.Background in data science, analytics, or AI-driven applications.Experience with POCs, pilots, or enterprise implementation discussions.Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k match, parental leave, generous PTO, equity, learning stipends, tools, and training.Business & Productivity SoftwareAdditional InformationAI tools may be used in the hiring process.Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. Sponsorship is not available.Aquant participates in the E-Verify program.
