Position Title: 2026 SUMMER INTERN: MARKETINGLocation: Concord, NHReports To: Marketing ManagerDuration: Summer 2026 (May–August, flexible start/end dates)Schedule: Full-time or Part-time (flexible) Position OverviewThe Turner Group, a leading architecture and engineering firm in New Hampshire, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Marketing Intern to support our marketing team during a busy and creative season. This role is ideal for a student pursuing marketing, graphic design, communications, or a related field who is interested in gaining hands-on experience in a professional services environment.The workload will heavily emphasize graphic design and the creation and updating of marketing collateral, with additional exposure to social media strategy, proposal development, and event support. Why the AEC Industry?The Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry offers a uniquely rewarding environment for marketing professionals. Marketers play a direct role in winning work, shaping how projects are positioned, and telling the story of impactful infrastructure and community-building projects.Interns gain exposure to high-level collaboration with technical experts, leadership teams, and public-sector clients, developing skills in strategic thinking, persuasive communication, brand management, and proposal development that are highly transferable and in demand across professional services industries. Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design & Marketing Collateral (Primary Focus)Design and update brochures, project sheets, infographics, and other marketing materialsAssist in maintaining brand standards across all materialsCreate templates for internal and external use (presentations, social media, proposals, email campaigns)Support photo selection, editing, and layout design Digital & Social Media SupportAssist in developing and implementing social media strategiesDraft and design social media contentTrack engagement metrics and recommend improvementsHelp maintain website content updates as needed Opportunity Pursuits SupportAssist in the preparation of qualifications packages and proposalsHelp tailor resumes and project sheets to specific pursuitsSupport database organization and marketing file management Internal EngagementParticipate in internal committees such as event planning and community service initiativesProvide general marketing and administrative support as needed QualificationsCurrently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related fieldProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign strongly desired; Illustrator and Photoshop preferred)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesInterest in the architecture, engineering, or professional services industry is a plus What You’ll GainHands-on experience in a professional services marketing environmentPortfolio-quality design workExposure to proposal development and other marketing processesExperience collaborating with technical professionals and leadershipInsight into marketing strategy within the AEC industryAn understanding of how marketing directly contributes to winning meaningful, community-impacting projectsTo ApplyApply via LinkedIn or forward resume to marketing@ttgae.com with the subject line “Marketing Intern”.
