The role itself will report directly to the COO, and Co-Founder, Joey. We are growing our portfolio and growing it fast. Things will be broken, and all of the stale processes associated with operating real estate assets will be changed by YOU, and this team.Real Estate Asset Management: Working with internal and external teams to optimize the performance and value of mogul’s real estate verticalsVendor / Network Management: Assisting with mogul’s rapidly expanding network of brokers and property managers to scale platform offerings and operationsOperations: Optimize real estate and business operations through the implementation of best practices, AI, and data science to scale operations with the platform’s exponential growthPrevious knowledge/experience with real estate and/or financial services is ESSENTIAL, with in-depth complex financial modeling experiencePrevious experience with AI implementation is a value-add.
