If you thrive at the intersection of cloud architecture, automation, and meaningful business impact, we'd love to hear from you.We give particular consideration to candidates whose career history reflects consistent tenure and growth — those who commit, go deep, and make a lasting impact tend to thrive here.A Day in the LifeAs a Software Engineer, you will:Automation Development: Design, build, and maintain automation scripts and tools that streamline business processes and reduce manual effort.Cloud Integration: Architect and manage integrations between internal systems and AWS services to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.Solution Design: Create scalable, reliable integration solutions that align with both business goals and technical constraints.Testing & Validation: Oversee and participate in thorough testing of automation and integration solutions to ensure functionality, reliability, and security.Documentation: Maintain clear, detailed records of automation processes, integration workflows, and system configurations.Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance processes and champion innovative automation solutions across the organization.Support & Troubleshooting: Provide expert-level support for existing solutions, diagnose issues, and implement timely fixes.What We're Looking ForBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Required)5+ years of experience delivering IT solutions across cross-functional teams (Required)Proficiency in .NET and/or Python for development and automation tasks (Required)Hands-on experience with AWS services — Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS, SNS, SQS (Required)Active use of AI-assisted coding tools in daily development and SDLC activities (Required)Experience with RESTful APIs, web services, and data integration methodologiesFamiliarity with DevOps practices and tools including CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, and IaCStrong collaboration skills with experience leading cross-team projects and mentoring junior engineersExceptional communicator who can bridge technical and non-technical audiencesStrategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and solving challengesIntellectually curious with a passion for learning new technologies and paradigmsWork AuthorizationCandidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
