Food Server

**This is a full 8 hour shift job of 11 am -7:30 pm** **Job Description Must have a good attitude with a love of taking care of customers Able to maintain section cleanliness and customer satisfaction Must be able to take direction Punctual and dependable Wanting to work in a team environment (this is a must as you are not an independent server of your own section, our setup is solely setup for a team as opposed to an individual server) Able to work in a fast paced environment, we are quick to serve food and quick to turn over tables **Perks of this job Aside from managers, you will work directly with owners (we are a small family ran and operated business), we care about our customers and our employees and work alongside our staff to ensure both are achieving experiences we want in our place of business You would be working in a top rated restaurant. We have won many awards aside from being mentioned by TripAdvisor world wide last year as a top 10 hidden gem in the United States We include a 10% gratuity to dine in food sales, this 10% goes directly to servers tips for the day $7.50 an hour + tips, (credit card, 10% gratuity and cash tips go home with you nightly as well as bus gratuity when buses are scheduled) Restaurant is open 11am-7pm (servers getting out around 7:30) No rolling silverware A lot of big bus business throughout the year Live music on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday nights Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $7.50 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Work Location: In person
