This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant hospitality environment that celebrates culinary excellence and guest relations.\n\n*Responsibilities*\n\n* Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with a friendly demeanor.\n* Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Clover, ensuring clear communication with the kitchen staff.\n* Serve food, beverages, cocktails confidently while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.\n* Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling, credit card processing, and managing tabs via Clover reservation systems.\n* Upsell menu items like specialty drinks, wines, or desserts to enhance guest experience and increase sales.\n* Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas through bussing and resetting for new guests promptly.\n* Provide exceptional guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and fostering positive guest relations throughout their visit.\n\n*Requirements*\n\n* Proven food service experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting.\n* Familiarity with POS systems such as Clover for order entry and transaction processing.\n* Strong knowledge of beverage service including cocktails, wine knowledge and drink presentation.\n* Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently without compromising service quality.\n* Ability to perform basic math accurately for billing, change calculation and sales transactions.\n* Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures.\n* Previous experience in fine dining or high-volume restaurant environments is highly desirable.\n* Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly attitude that enhances guest experiences.\n* Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.\n\nJoin us as a Food Server where your energy fuels memorable moments!
