They act as the point of contact between PMs and Directors/Project Owners. Senior Program Managers regularly meet with the client and negotiate the specifics of projects. Responsible for putting teams together to ensure project success. Extensive experience in management required.\r\nDuties and Responsibilities\r\n\r\nOversees multiple projects.\r\nSets methods of daily production reporting. Reviews important data.\r\nResponsible for compiling timekeeping records for management level, approval, and submission. Approves time-off requests.\r\nHelps to drive Lean implementation amongst team members.\r\nMonitors budget spending for projects.\r\nApproves equipment requests and spending.\r\nConducts interviews for PM level positions. Decides on hiring.\r\nMeets with clients for updates on ongoing projects.\r\nAddresses project issues on a financial level.\r\nWork with PMs, and SPMs to ensure appropriate coverage of all duties within the appropriate process flow.\r\nInitiate changes/updates to the process in a timely manner and ensure they are passed down and implemented by other team members.\r\nCollect and initiate process improvements, eliminating areas of waste to enhance process flow and promote efficiency while passing these on to below team members.\r\nReview End of Day (EOD) reporting pertaining to process flow on assigned projects.\r\nMeet or exceed all daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs pertaining to the specific process flow of the Senior Program Manager.\r\nAdditional duties as required.\r\n\r\nRequirements\r\n\r\nCollege/University degree.\r\nExtensive experience with Microsoft Office 365 including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.\r\nExtensive experience in online communication.\r\nExtensive experience in project management.\r\nBasic knowledge of PowerBI and internet-based platforms.\r\nWillingness to work overtime if necessary.\r\nRemote, office, or hybrid work environment depending on specific position.\r\nLeadership qualities including the ability to give/take feedback, recognition of when to delegate, and confidence.\r\nAbility to understand/give directions and perform time bound tasks accurately and efficiently.\r\nDetail-oriented problem-solving mindset.\r\nOrganized and focused enough to work independently as a role player within a team environment.\r\n\r\nSalary: $180k-$200k\r\nCentific is an equal-opportunity employer.
