Customer Briefing Program Manager, Architecture, Engineering and Construction Executive Vice President
Job Requisition ID # 24WD82560Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Program Manager to spearhead the development and management of customer and partner briefing materials for our Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) Solutions executive team.This pivotal role reports directly to the AEC Solutions Chief of Staff and is responsible for creating content and scalable processes for developing, managing, and sharing materials used by AEC executives when engaging with key stakeholders to support business growth and alignment with our strategic objectives. The ideal candidate is proactive and intellectually curious, has exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, an understanding of the AEC industry and be adept at developing and managing creative and compelling presentation materials that resonate with diverse audiences. The individual should be comfortable working and engaging with senior leaders while managing priorities in a fast-paced environment.This role can be based anywhere in the U.S. in a hybrid capacity.ResponsibilitiesCreate and manage customer and partner focused presentation templates and materials, leveraging existing assets, as necessaryManaging, curating, and advancing the existing AEC customer briefing program content library. Working with industry strategy and product teams to verify content is up to date with the most current informationParticipate in prep meetings with sales, industry strategy, executive communications, and other teams, to help prepare outlines based on requirements and then assemble presentations and content to support the briefingCollaborate closely with industry strategy, executive communications, and other internal teams to align content and engagement activities with overall business objectives to support the AEC Solutions Executive Vice President’s goals and maximize business impactHelp assemble insightful presentations on business opportunities for customer and partner executives and management, influencing strategic decision-makingConduct in-depth needs assessments to understand stakeholders’ requirements thoroughly and collaborate with the Chief of Staff and/or AEC Executive Vice President to propose and implement effective solutionsSupport the AEC Solutions program management on strategic topics as neededInitiate and manage program/project scope, milestones, plan, and regular project status dashboards, ensuring proper documentation is maintainedFacilitate and be accountable for driving project priorities and deliverablesBreakdown business process and deliverables into key steps and define roles and responsibilities for each step and deliverable Minimum QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree; or 2 years and a master’s degree; or equivalent experienceStrong skills in planning, prioritization, and project managementProficient in data-driven evaluation, decision-making, and reportingProven ability in cross-functional collaboration and facilitationStrong written and verbal communication skills. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $86,500 and $149,270. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
