In this role, you will be responsible for the professional installation, service, and maintenance of integrated fire and security systems, including intrusion alarms, access control, CCTV, and fire alarms. This is a hands-on position ideal for individuals with technical aptitude and a strong commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.\nKey Responsibilities\nInstall, program, test, and troubleshoot a wide range of low voltage systems, including fire alarms, intrusion alarms, CCTV surveillance, and access control systems\nPull, route, terminate, and label low-voltage cabling in accordance with blueprints and installation standards\nPerform inspections and complete annual fire alarm certification tests per NFPA and local codes\nMaintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and system configurations\nCollaborate with project managers, electricians, and other trades on new construction and retrofit projects\nEnsure compliance with all applicable codes, safety regulations, and company policies\nProvide exceptional customer service and represent the company professionally on-site\nPerform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor\nQualifications\nMinimum 2 year of hands-on experience installing or servicing fire alarm or security systems (additional experience preferred)\nHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in electronics or low-voltage systems a plus\nWorking knowledge of fire alarm codes (NFPA 72), basic networking, and low-voltage system principles\nFamiliarity with tools and materials used in the low-voltage industry\nValid driver's license with a clean driving record\nAbility to pass a background check and drug screening\nComfortable working on construction sites and adhering to job site safety protocols\nSelf-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and a team-oriented mindset\nWillingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced, evolving technical environment\nWork Requirements\nStandard work hours are Monday through Friday, with additional hours as needed to meet business demands.
