We are hiring an Associate Logistics Specialist to support operations within a fast-paced research laboratory environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on lab experience who enjoys both technical work and operational support.Onsite (Laboratory Setting)Role: Associate Logistics SpecialistLocation: West Point, PA, Job Type: ContractKey Responsibilities:Track and maintain records for lab instruments, equipment, and assetsCoordinate movement, transfer, and setup of laboratory equipmentSupport inventory management and asset taggingPerform data entry and documentation to ensure accurate recordsAssist with day-to-day lab operations and equipment maintenanceFollow safety, compliance, and operational proceduresRequirements:Associate's Degree OR High School Diploma with 2+ years of lab experienceHands-on experience with analytical instrumentation (e.g., UV-Vis, spectroscopy, or similar)Experience with sample preparation, lab equipment handling, or testingStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsComfortable working in a lab environment with standard hazardsIdeal Candidate:A dependable and detail-oriented individual with lab experience who can support both instrumentation-related tasks and lab logistics/operations.
