Various functions within the processor's assignment is tracked by KPI's and matrix, and each has a goal and/or objective. Key measures include safety, inventory accuracy, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Each processor much achieve the standard while maintaining safe work procedures. Performs other related work as required.\r\nKey ResponsibilitiesProcess Dealer parts orders accurately and with reliable quality\r\nReceive incoming shipments\r\nProcess Dealer return parts\r\nPerform inventory counts and stock rearrangements\r\nSafe behaviors, Equipment maintenance and general housekeeping\r\nKey Performance IndicatorsAccurately receive, inspect, process, store and ship a variety of automotive parts and accessories meeting company standards of safety, security, and efficiency.\r\nMeet or exceed all minimum PDC productively and quality objectives while displaying professional conduct at all times.\r\nRelocate merchandise to staging and/or storage areas as directed.\r\nInspect freight for accuracy and/or damage.\r\nVerify receiving tickets against packaging part numbers to ensure accuracy and report damages, shortage, discrepancies, or other out of line conditions.\r\nRelocate merchandise to appropriate storage areas.\r\nPrepare customer orders for shipment.\r\nTransport orders to shipping docks or other areas as directed.\r\nReport any count or other out of line conditions to the Supervisor or designee.\r\nMaintain neat, clean, orderly, safe, and secure work and storage areas.\r\nMaintain and charge forklift, stock chaser, and batteries as needed.\r\nOn a daily basis, perform preventative maintenance on warehouse equipment which includes, but are not limited to, checking fluid levels, proper tire pressure, and cleanliness.\r\nPerform general housekeeping in assigned areas.\r\nPerforms Special Project Work as required at the direction of Management.\r\nWork Schedule & Travel Requirements1st Shift: M-F 4:00 AM -12:30 PM\r\n2nd Shift: M-F 8:30 AM5:00 PM\r\n3rd Shift: M-F 12:30PM - 9:00PM\r\n***(flexing up to 12-hour mandatory workdays from Monday through Friday - up to 2 mandatory 5-hour Saturday shifts per month as per business needs.
