We show up for each other and we know that through teamwork we achieve greatness.\r\nChampion change – We know adaptation and improvement are requirements to survive and to thrive.\r\nEnjoy the journey – We create an environment where our team feels appreciated and has fun along the way.\r\nIn this role you will get to:\r\nConduct final quality checks to ensure that products have been completed to company quality and safety standards.\r\nInstall finished panels and ensure that all hardware is correctly installed and secured.\r\nPerform thorough cleanup of assembled units to remove any debris, dust, or residues.\r\nComplete Epicor transactions to finalize the assembly process and verify that all materials are issued accurately.\r\nWork closely with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output.\r\nPerform other projects and duties as assigned.\r\nJob Requirements\r\nBASIC QUALIFICATIONS\r\n1 year of experience working in a manufacturing environment.\r\nAbility to read and interpret assembly instructions and technical drawings.\r\nAccuracy and timeliness in completion of work assignments is a must.\r\nAbility to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on an intermittent basis.\r\nMust be able to read, write and comprehend plant directives written in English.\r\nADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONSHigh school diploma or GED.\r\nExperience with Epicor ERP system for managing work orders, inventory, and transactions.\r\nAbility to effectively use a tape-measure, perform simple mathematics.\r\nBasic understanding of blueprints, mechanical assembly, and electrical assembly.\r\nFrequent lifting, standing, bending & reaching required.\r\nAble to pass a pre-employment physical and drug test.\r\nMust adhere to all the PPE requirements to perform the job safely, this includes but is not limited to, Eye, Hand, Feet, and Hearing protection.\r\nAbility to work in a team environment while collaborating, troubleshooting and problem solving with coworkers.\r\nCompany DescriptionAbout BCforward:\r\nFounded in 1998 on the idea that industry leaders needed a professional service, and workforce management expert, to fuel the development and execution of core business and technology strategies, BCforward is a Black-owned firm providing unique solutions supporting value capture and digital product delivery needs for organizations around the world.
