Job Title: Production AssemblerJob DescriptionThis role involves working in a cleanroom environment to carefully clean, pack, tag, and bag parts for shipment while following detailed work orders and documentation. You will support high-volume contract manufacturing projects by ensuring each part meets cleanliness, labeling, and packaging standards before it leaves the facility.ResponsibilitiesWork in a cleanroom environment to clean and prepare parts for shipment according to established procedures.Follow detailed work orders and work instructions to accurately tag and bag parts.Perform cleanroom assembly tasks while maintaining strict cleanliness and contamination control standards.Package parts securely to prevent damage during transport and ensure correct labeling and documentation accompany each shipment.Use tools that involve heat safely and correctly as required by specific assembly or packaging tasks.Enter basic information into computer systems to document work performed and maintain accurate records.Complete and pass a competency assessment to demonstrate understanding of procedures and expectations.Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and maintain consistent quality.Adhere to all safety, quality, and cleanroom protocols throughout each shift.Essential SkillsAbility to work in a cleanroom environment and follow strict cleanliness procedures.Comfort using tools that involve heat in a safe and controlled manner.Ability to follow written work instructions and work orders accurately.Basic computer skills for documentation and simple data entry.Willingness and ability to take and pass a competency assessment.Attention to detail when tagging, bagging, and packing parts.Reliability and consistency in following established processes.Capability to perform entry-level assembly and packing tasks with training provided.Additional Skills & QualificationsInterest in learning cleanroom assembly and manufacturing processes.Comfort working on large volume production projects.Strong organizational skills to manage multiple work orders and tasks.Ability to work effectively as part of a production team.Openness to training and continuous improvement in a structured environment.Why Work Here?You will join a growing contract manufacturing organization that supports large-volume projects and invests in creating an enjoyable workplace. The facility includes an onsite gym, an employee lounge with comfortable seating and a flatscreen TV, and a culture that hosts monthly barbeques, company gatherings, and friendly competitions.
