Motorcycle Sales Associate

Napoleon Harley-Davidson is seeking an experienced Motorcycle Sales Associate to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be motivated to increase sales volume with Harley-Davidson products and will have a passion for the motorcycle industry. Compensation & Benefits The Motorcycle Sales Associate role is a full-time position with on-target earnings of $47,000-$62,000 per year. Commission and incentive opportunities are available, and compensation is paid biweekly. Responsibilities Build relationships with new and existing customers to identify their needs and provide solutions Assist customers in selecting the right motorcycle and accessories to meet their needs Utilize sales techniques to ensure customer satisfaction (Trained) Represent the Harley-Davidson brand with passion, enthusiasm, and integrity both on and off the sales floor Ensure proper documentation for each sale (Trained) Execute dealer promotions and participate in special events Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of Harley-Davidson products and services (Trained) Demonstrate and maintain technical expertise and knowledge of products (Trained) Requirements NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED, WE WILL TRAIN YOU!!!
