The Project Manager helps drive execution by keeping teams aligned, tracking progress, and managing follow-up, while technical direction and engineering decisions remain with the assigned technical leads.The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of experience managing or coordinating projects, is comfortable with client-facing interactions, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.For this role an onsite presence is often necessary, however, a hybrid arrangement could be considered.Key ResponsibilitiesManage product development and testing programs from planning through execution and closeoutOwn execution of assigned programs, including scope, schedule, budget tracking, and deliverablesCoordinate scope changes, schedule impacts, and budget implications with internal stakeholders and clientsDevelop and maintain project plans using tools such as Microsoft Project or Microsoft PlannerCoordinate cross-functional project activities across engineering, technician, operations, purchasing, and client teamsEnsure clear and consistent communication of project status, risks, decisions, and next steps to clients and stakeholdersFacilitate client-facing discussions, project reviews, and internal coordination meetingsTrack action items, decisions, risks, open issues, and project dependenciesMaintain organized records of project activities, documentation, and deliverablesRequirementsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in engineering, engineering management, or a related technical disciplineMinimum of 3 years of experience in project management, project coordination, program coordination, or a related fieldStrong communication skills, both written and verbalDemonstrated ability to manage project scope, schedules, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder communicationsDemonstrated organizational and project coordination abilitiesProficiency with Microsoft Office 365 tools, including Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook, and PowerPointExperience using Microsoft Project or similar project management softwarePreferred QualificationsExperience managing projects in a manufacturing, product development, laboratory, or technical services environmentExperience coordinating cross-functional teams and external stakeholdersExperience preparing project status reports, schedules, meeting agendas, and action-item trackersFamiliarity with project management practices such as risk tracking, change management, issue management, and schedule controlKEY COMPETENCIESAbility to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholdersStrong attention to detail and execution disciplineComfortable leading client-facing interactions and project reviewsCollaborative mindset with the ability to keep teams aligned and accountableCuriosity and willingness to learn new tools, processes, and business workflowsWORK ENVIRONMENTFrequent collaboration with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced project environmentRegular participation in client meetings, project reviews, and internal planning discussionsThe compensation range posted represents the full salary range for the role.
