In this role, you'll own the hiring process end-to-end and partner directly with leadership on talent strategy.We're committed to getting the right people, not just filling seats. You'll need sharp instincts for what makes people successful here, deep market knowledge, and the judgment to consistently identify top talent.What You'll DoOwn full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles across all teamsUse your understanding of the talent landscape to source high-caliber candidatesConduct initial screens and coordinate interview processesPartner with leaders to refine requirements and calibrate on ideal candidate profilesMake strategic recommendations on talent acquisitionUnderstand funnel dynamics and manage sourcing volume to keep pipelines healthyWhat You'll Bring5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably at growth stage startupsAnalytical mindset and data fluencyDeep tech industry knowledge, especially early-stage environmentsExperience maintaining quality while moving quickly in demanding environmentsStrong written communication skills (essential for our high-documentation culture)Proven ability to identify what makes candidates successful beyond just paper qualificationsProficiency with recruiting software and tools (Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)Comfort leveraging AI tools and emerging technologiesWhat's Cool About The RoleYou’ll help build a world-class team as we expand globallyDirect partnership with leadership on strategic hiresCompetitive pay and equity.
