Teaching ResponsibilitiesAssess the accomplishment of students on a regular basisMaintain records of student attendance and progressProvide consistent and appropriate time spent at each clinical facilityUnderstand policy for reporting accidents and completing incident reportsInstructional DevelopmentDevelop clinical rotation schedulesComplete clinical evaluations per student for each clinical rotation. Written evaluation to be based on evaluating student from start to finish of a surgical procedure performed at a clinical site.Input case information onto case summary spread sheetReview all clinical documentation each week and provide student feedback in a timely manner.Professional DevelopmentAttend relevant professional meetingsRepresent the College positively in interactions with the community and with professional and academic groups at local,state, and national levels.Minimum And Additional RequirementsDiploma in Surgical Technology.
