This position must meet their assigned targets consistently while searching for growth opportunities with existing clients and new logos. This is accomplished by managing and developing client relationships.\n\nResponsibilities\nEssential Functions\n\nProvides sales consultation, design, support, and management of client activity involving but not limited to the collaboration, enterprise networking, data solutions and security products and services with primary focus in designated region\n\nEstablishes, maintains, and develops business with clients and potential clients in the assigned business sectors to enhance the potential for meeting the objectives of maximum profitability and growth through effective sales and services\n\nAnalyzes client/competition situations, client’s business issues and interests, and generates a strategy that achieves business objectives\n\nMaintains accurate sales forecasting capability and an active reporting procedure in accordance with C1’s standards\n\nDevelops, implements, and executes a Business Plan that is consistent with short-range and long-range company objectives and assigned targets\n\nConducts C-level business discussions\n\nDevelops and maintains technical competency in all products offered including all solutions from represented manufactures as well as professional services offered by C1\n\nDevelops relationships (with existing as well as potential clients) that enables business growth to achieve assigned targets\n\nExpedites the resolution of client escalations/complaints\n\nStays well informed on industry changes, participates where possible in organizations directly involved with C1’s prime markets, and continually works to improve sales techniques and sales knowledge\n\nFosters strong working relationships with supporting teams such as; sales support, marketing, services, purchasing/inventory to reach assigned targets\n\nKeeps advised on company policies, procedures, and objectives, clarifying them with manager when and if questions arise, and is always prepared to accurately discuss these policies with clients\n\nEngages and manages an end-to-end sales cycle (work with multiple cross-functional teams)\n\nSells with a heavy emphasis on solutions offered by C1 that are consistent with assigned targets\n\nConsults innovatively, to offer client solutions with technical acumen\n\nFacilitates new solutions to clients by being a disrupter – can go wider in existing account, innovative, can make the client look at solutions in a new way\n\nUnderstands and identifies client needs and is a vertical expert (e.g., Public Sector, Healthcare, etc.)\n\nIdentifies key pain points within client base and knows how to solve them (overcome objections)\n\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications\n\n5+ years of direct selling experience in communications and data technology\n\n4-year college degree in Business or equivalent in experience\n\nAbility to call on and work directly with C level executives in mid to large enterprise to close business opportunities\n\nStrong presentation, verbal, and communication skills\n\nDemonstrates sales ability and technical aptitude\n\nProven track record of territory development including new business accounts\n\nProficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, sales forecasting tools\n\nBrings existing contacts/client relationships to C1\n\nExperience with solution selling with a heavy emphasis on Cloud solutions, associated MS and PS services, and other solutions offered by C1\n\nHas been recognized by prior companies as top producer (e.g., President’s Club, etc.)\n\nDesired/Preferred Qualifications\n\nMBA\n\nPrior experience with a solutions provider similar to C1\n\nBenefits\n\n401(k) Plan (35% employer match per dollar up to 10% employee contribution)\n\nMedical Coverage (3 platforms: UnitedHealthcare, Reference Based Pricing includes member advocacy; and Kaiser)\n\nRX Home Delivery\n\nHSA with Employer Contribution\n\nIn-vitro Fertility (treatment coverage)\n\nDental\n\nVision (2 plans: 12-month and 24-month frames allowance)\n\nFSA Plans (Healthcare, Dependent Care and Limited Purpose)\n\nPre-tax Commuter Plans\n\nEmployer-paid Life Insurance\n\nEmployer-paid Short + Term Disability\n\nLong Term Disability (2 plans: Employer-paid or optional Self-paid)\n\nPaid Parental Leave (4 weeks at 100%)\n\nEmployee Assistance Plan\n\nVoluntary Life Insurance for team member, spouse and child\n\nVoluntary Accidental Death for team member and spouse\n\nLegal/ID Theft Plans\n\nTeleHealth\n\nWellness via Omada Health (healthy living solution)\n\nTravel Assistance\n\nBusiness Travel Accident Coverage\n\nMedical for foreign travel coverage\n\nEmployer-paid Pet Telehealth\n\nAccident Insurance\n\nCritical Illness Insurance\n\nHospital Indemnity Insurance\n\nVolunteer Time Off\n\n10 Holidays\n\nSummer Sizzle\n\nOn Demand Pay (Daily Pay)\n\nPay Range\n$95,000 - $125,000\n\nBase pay ranges are estimated.
