The successful candidate will apply advanced knowledge of structural engineering principles to ensure safe, efficient, and code-compliant solutions. This position requires close coordination with multidisciplinary teams to support the delivery of high-performance infrastructure projects.\n\nWhat You Will Do\n\nDesign and verify structural components, including frame profiles and connection details, for data center infrastructure\nPrepare detailed technical reports, engineering drawings, and documentation to support structural analysis and design decisions\nPerform structural analysis and simulate seismic loading using tools such as ANSYS, RISA, and IDEA StatiCa\nConduct load and stress calculations in accordance with applicable codes and standards for building design\nSelect appropriate construction materials based on structural requirements, durability, and regulatory compliance\nProvide clear and accurate technical advice to internal teams and external stakeholders\nEnsure compliance with planning and building regulations by preparing and submitting required documentation\nLiaise with architects, contractors, and other engineering professionals to ensure cohesive project delivery\n\nAdditional Expectations\n\nMaintain a high level of accuracy and accountability in all engineering work\nEnsure that all designs meet industry standards and company quality guidelines\nDemonstrate adaptability when addressing technical challenges or changing project requirements\nCommunicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders\nStay current with developments in structural engineering practices, codes, and simulation software\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives related to design methodology and documentation practices\n\nWhat You Will Bring\n\nA bachelor's degree or higher in Civil or Structural Engineering\nA valid Professional Engineering (P.E.) license or equivalent certification\nProven experience in the construction industry, with a focus on structural engineering\nProficiency in structural analysis and design software including ANSYS, RISA, and IDEA StatiCa\nStrong understanding of seismic design principles and simulation methods\nIn-depth knowledge of relevant building codes and industry standards\nAbility to produce high-quality calculation reports, construction documents, and technical drawings\nExcellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills\nA collaborative mindset with a commitment to delivering results in complex project environments\n\nWhat You'll Get\nSalary range: $100,000 USD to $120,000 USD and is eligible for a discretionary bonus.\nCareer Scope and Advancement: As we grow, new positions and career opportunities arise, offering accelerated paths for the right candidates, locally and globally.\nWorld of Wellness Philosophy: We empower you to take charge of your health and well-being.
