Our mission is to help kids succeed in life through sports!Job SummaryServe as an Instructor/Counselor for our multi-sport camp, which includes participants ages 4-11 in a recreational setting. Our Summer Camps run Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. for 7 weeks (June 29 – August 14). You will be responsible for greeting parents and participants, providing excellent customer service, overseeing and actively engaging with groups during passive/active games, drills, and more.We are currently hiring for the following locations:KENTRIDGE HIGH SCHOOL (7/6-7/8, 7/10 & 8/3-8/6; 8:30am-Noon)KENT MERIDIAN HIGH SCHOOL (7/20-7/23; 8:30am-Noon) Training shift: Must be able to attend a four-hour training shift at Tyee Middle School in Bellevue on June 30 or July 1Responsibilities Ensure fun, learning, and safety for all participantsTeach and demonstrate core concepts, including Sportsmanship valuesManage an age-appropriate level of instructionConsistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skillsQualificationsExcellent communication skillsSport-specific officiating, playing, or coaching experienceHighly motivated self-starter; can work independently & solve problemsAwareness and ability to take charge of any situation to ensure the safety of participantsMust be a critical thinker, have situational awareness, and great attention to detailPositive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationshipsMust be able to pass a National Criminal Background CheckMust have reliable transportation and be dependable.
