We are looking for a candidate to fill our Panel Builder / Controls Technician position.\nOur services include but not limited to:\n· Automated Process Design & Consulting\n· Machinery Design and Build\n· PLC / PC Based Automation\n· SCADA - Data Collection, Historian and Andon services\n· Process Instrumentation and DCS systems\n· Wireless Automation Solutions\n· Electrical Infrastructure Design and Installation Management (voltages less than 15kv)\n· Custom Robot and Motion Solutions\n·\nJOB DESCRIPTION:\n· Automation and control system panel building\n· Panel preparation\n· Panel layout\n· Drill / tap panel back plate for hardware installation\n· Panel component hardware installation\n· Mounting of PB’s, Touch screens, etc\n· Ability to follow CAD drawings\n· Knowledge of wire type selection and sizing\n· Skilled at terminating, having appropriate wire strip lengths\n· Technician will need to have understanding of screw torque\n· Ability to use a multimeter for troubleshooting\n· Travel to individual customers site for system installs and customer support.\n· Knowledge of power distribution. 480/277, 208/120, single phase down to 24vdc circuit\n· Receive incoming materials and supplies.
