Our mission is to empower people to overcome behavioral health challenges and lead fulfilling, healthy lives.🧠 About the Supervisory RoleThis position supervises up to nine Child and Transitional Age Case Managers, ensuring staff development while providing direct support as needed. (Part-time eligible employees will be pro-rated)7 Paid Holidays + Up to 2 Floating HolidaysAdditional days awarded with tenureProfessional GrowthTuition ReimbursementOngoing Professional DevelopmentEmployee Referral Bonus ProgramEligibility requirements may apply📝 ResponsibilitiesMonitor client charts, documentation, and productivity.Complete regular performance evaluations for staff.Verify that staff are meeting established key performance indicators (KPIs).Provide weekly supervision to staff and additional supervision as needed.Coordinate clinical supervision for staff.Attend weekly departmental supervisors’ meetings.Participate in required trainings and professional development activities.Communicate and work collaboratively with consumers, families, agency staff, and referral sources.Collaborate with staff from external agencies, including Montgomery County Behavioral Health and Magellan Behavioral Health.Assist with resource collaboration to support staff in meeting client needs.Assist with community collaboration to obtain and strengthen client referrals.Assist with other departmental and agency tasks as needed.🎓 QualificationsEducationA Supervisor will have:A Master’s degree in social work, psychology, rehabilitation, activity therapies, counseling or education.Experience & Skills3 years mental health direct care experience.Strong interpersonal skills with a nonjudgmental, client-centered approachComfortable with digital tools and basic technology use (tablets, phones, computers etc.)Computer exposure to EHR systems is helpful.Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary teamOther RequirementsValid Driver’s license and a good driving record.Subject to the requirements of the Child Protective Services Law.
